Lake County Oregon Land Sale Properties

The Lake County Land Auction was held on Friday, June 1st this  year at 10:00 a.m. in the Lake County Courthouse Commissioner's Hearing Room.
All remaining properties are on the Available 'Over the Counter' Land Sale List 2015-2018 link below. All are first come first purchase, and you don't have to be present to purchase the property. Simply mail in or come into the office to make a purchase according to the below method.

Accepted forms of payment are cash, cashiers check, personal check, or money order.  As stated in the Land Sale Policy, property must be paid for in full, plus a $185 administrative fee, at the time of purchase.  The Administrative fee increased to $185 on June 4th, due to change in recording fees minimums. The Land Auction List was published in the Lake County Examiner the four weeks prior to the auction.  All properties are sold as is, thus a Quit Claim deed will be recorded for each parcel purchased.

The 2018 properties that did not sell at the auction are reduced to 40%.   The 2017 properties are reduced to 25% and The 2016 properties are reduced to 15% effective 6.18.2018, and the 2015 properties are at the lowest % (15%) we can offer them.
